April 30, 2006 Thank you so much for the speedy processing of my last-minute order. I was also extremely impressed that my urgent request to revise the sympathy card was carried out in time. I heard that the arrangement was one of the loveliest on display. There was also a very touching coincidence: the deceased's favorite flowers were daisies, and the arrangement held a great number of them! A close relative therefore removed the daisies from the arrangement and tossed them into the grave as she was buried. I just wanted to let you know how AWESOME "Bonnie" at "Blooming Scents" in Ottawa was with me when I ordered some flowers for a funeral in the Nepean area. I live in Niagara Falls and was doing this as a long distance effort, not knowing the Ottawa region at all. She was incredibly helpful and basically put the "puzzle" of the different regions together for me to meet my needs. I do not know if you keep track of the truly excellent businesses that you connect with thru your service, but if so, I wanted to be sure you were aware that Bonnie and Blooming Scents deserve top honours today. November 16, 2005 I just wanted to send my thanks and praise to you at JDF. Last week I called for a same day delivery and spoke to Matthew. He was absolutely wonderful! Very friendly and helpful, I was really impressed. I was sending flowers to my mother who was unfortunately stuck over night at the Royal Vic. I asked for some purple to be included in the bouquet and according to my mother it was a beautiful array of purple, which she loved. There was even a flower she had never seen before (and believe me if it’s a purple my mother knows about it!). It was great! I just wanted again to send my thanks for the wonderful and courteous help and great product. With the help of Anna's Flower Shoppe in Edmonton, these flowers were ordered, arranged into a beautiful display and delivered on time. And the most important fact was I live in the UK and only had email and phone to get this done quickly. I will be using Anna's Flower services again, she was friendly, understanding, and helped so much. Thank you. I told the various florists I contacted and made sure when I called all florists in Moncton and Fredericton that I had found them thanks to their being listed on your website.
