Telephone numbers and email addresses will only be used to contact you or your recipient, regarding the order should the need arise.

Customers who supply us with their telephone number or email address may receive telephone calls or email from us with information or requests for information regarding orders they have placed online. For your benefit, please provide us with your correct phone number and/or email address. We will not contact you or your recipient for any reason other than to complete the order or if we suspect that the order is a fraudulent transaction.

Orders sent anonymously or with disguised or ambiguous sender's names.

Generally we do not accept orders where the senders name is disguised, however, if you do accept an order where a sender wishes to remain anonymous, if the recipient calls to request the sender's name, we will reveal the senders real name without notice to the sender.

If you send an order anonymously or with a false name on the gift card, please do not call us to find out if and when the order was delivered. If the recipient can't figure out who sent the flowers or doesn't call you right away, this means only that you shouldn't have sent the order anonymously or with a disguised name, in the first place.

You must provide us with the name on the credit card being used for the purchase. Banks and financial institutions will not accept credit card transactions without the purchasers name. We can not verify phone numbers and address if the only names we have are anonymous or disguised. We will decline an order if we can not clearly determine the sender's or recipient's real name, address, phone number, etc. If you don't know the address, or the phone number of the recipient simply indicate 'unknown' on the order form. This will delay the order. We'll try to determine the information ourselves. If we can't, we'll contact you.

SPAM (unsolicited email) and email attachments:

We dislike spam, and will never expose our customers to spam. We do not send unsolicited email (spam), and do not appreciate getting it.

Substitutions:

Arrangements may vary somewhat in size and appearance due to seasonal availability of flowers and design interpretation of the floral designer. All selections shown on this website are only representative of the types of arrangements that our florists can prepare for you, however due to regional and seasonal variations some florists may not be able to fill your order exactly as illustrated. Your order will be filled to the specified dollar amount as determined by the filling florist with products of an equal or greater value. If necessary we will substitute the flowers and containers partially or wholly without notice to the sender. If you require a very specific type of flower or container please call the local florist directly and place your order with them.

Method of payment and Currency:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. All products are presented in Canadian dollars, and credit cards are charged in Canadian dollars. The exchange from one currency to another is performed by your financial institution, and the final amount will appear on your credit card statement in your currency.

Delivery policy:

Canadasflorists.com facilitates the delivery of quality floral products nationwide. Although you should place your order as far in advance as possible, we can process your order for same day delivery, Monday through Saturday, if you order prior to 11:00 AM of the recipient's time zone. We can not make deliveries on Sunday or on major holidays and we can not make the delivery at a specific time of day. You may however request either morning or afternoon delivery, and we will try to meet that request, but please be aware that some areas have delivery only once a day. We urge you to place your order at least two to three days before the date needed, especially prior to any major holiday. Your order will be delivered on the date you specify during the ordering process.

Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Secretary's Day and Mother's Day)

• While we are pleased to offer our customers same day delivery on orders placed as late as 11:00 AM in the recipients time zone on a regular non-holiday day, the high volume of orders we handle during holiday weeks prevents us from guaranteeing same day delivery.

• Please choose a delivery date 2-3 days before the holiday to ensure your orders are delivered on time for these important days.

Non-Holidays

• Orders received after 11:00 AM, in the recipient's time zone, can be delivered the following day.

• Orders received after 11:00 AM on Saturday can be delivered on Monday.
• We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. You may however choose either morning or afternoon delivery.
• Sunday delivery is NOT available.

Order status:

We will keep you informed of the progress of your order during the entire process.  Once you click the 'Send your order' button, your order is sent to our server. Your invoice will appear on the next page. When you see your invoice this means we have received your order. You will get an automatic email confirmation of your order. This should happen in less than 1 minute. (if not, please check that you have not mistyped your email address. If you have, then just send a message with the correct address. Cancellation of orders:
